You must return this completed form at the end of the school year to the Neighborhood Treasurer. Failure to turn one in will keep your Troop from being able to take part in Neighborhood Events and Cookie Sales. To be reappointed as a Leader, this form must be turned in.
Keeping good records of all income and expenses during the year will make filling this out at the end of the year a breeze.
The back of the form explains what each category means.
You will need to have 3 copies of this form. Two get turned into the Neighborhood Treasurer and one stays with you.
