Leader
Application Process
Below is a summary of the Leader Application
Process. This should help you determine where you are in the
process!
-
Receive the Volunteer Interest Packet
from a School or Neighborhood Organizer.
-
Send completed Leader Application Form
to Neighborhood Chair in the provided pre-addressed envelope.
-
Give your Volunteer Reference forms and
pre-addressed envelopes to the three people you are asking for
references. Ask them to mail the completed reference as soon as
possible!
-
When the Neighborhood Chair has
received your application and references, she/he will determine if a
phone interview is necessary. Your application will then be sent
on to the Council Office for a background check.
-
When the background check is completed,
the Neighborhood Chair will make the final decision on approval.
You will be notified as soon as all these
steps have been completed!
